Monthly schedule means that the spider visits your website once a month. If you make changes in your website more often, the changes will be omitted until next spider session.

Paid listing changes spider visit from one a month to once a week and performs a thorough indinxing of your website. Any changes will be picked up and your listing will be updated more often.
